Free standard shipping for orders over $100.

Delivery Times

All orders are shipped from Runway Room’s Melbourne warehouse via Australia Post eParcel. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, though this may be impacted during sale periods.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary, especially during peak periods and promotional campaigns.

International Shipping

Delivery timelines refer to business days. Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday. Runway Room is not responsible for courier delays.

Taxes are included in the product price for several countries, with no additional taxes at checkout. Some orders may incur duties, depending on the destination country's regulations. These charges are government-related and outside of Runway Room’s control.

Refunds will not be issued for unclaimed or refused parcels. If a parcel is returned to us, any return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Special Instructions & Authority to Leave

If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., authority to leave at the front door), please include them in the shopping cart notes before checkout.
